They came out within two hours of my call to Service Magic. The first fix, didn't fix it, so they changed out the next part and got it to work the same day.

They are a little pricier than the others but overall are very thorough. They try to get you to sign onto their contract agreement but other than that, they are high quality.

I received a call within minutes of filling out on line request for services..They were able to come out to my home the same day and fix the problem at a reasonable cost. I was very impressed with the technician that came to my home and wasn't pressured to have any services done that were warranted.

I put a request in to Service Magic and Horizon called me back with in 2 minutes on a Saturday morning. They also sent a tech out the same day. More importantly the tech for Horizon was very proffesional and made sure to answer any questions I had with by Boiler heater.

They were incredibly thorough and friendly and gave me good advice. I think they are great.

Helped me with a TRANE warranty issue. Parts for a new compressor coil were covered by warranty, but not all of the labor. They quoted me a $700 labor price (even after a $300 labor credit from TRANE) for a 7 hour job. When the job only took 2 hours , the supervisor would not lower the price. 3 hours jobs should not bill out at $1000.

They were very responsive. The worker was friendly and went above what he had to do. (He vacuumed my wet carpet and fixed a kitchen sprayer). It was pricey though, but I guess that happens in an emergency situation.

We called Horizon to help with a rental property trusting them to work with the tenant directly, performing a quality job at a reasonable price (since we could not attend the service in-person). After examining the work performed, we found a $500+ service charge includes travel to central Denver, 15 minutes of labor and a $60 (retail price) part. If you expect decent work at a decent price, don't expect to find it working with Horizon.

At first they sent a "not-so-experienced" technicion who had to come three times before he realized he needed help because he could not solve the problem even though they charged me $1,800. to fix certain parts. When the experienced person came he diagnosed the problem within 1/2 hour and came back the next day with the right part part and another $350. to fix the problem, finally. I asked "maybe the only thing broken was the last part and the other parts were really OK?" They said they would have to get back to me, which they did not. They were courteous and pleasant, and responsible about solving the problem but very expensive.

professional, on time, did a check of house plumbing and offered suggestions with costs involved if we wanted to pursue those items. Found our problem right away and corrected it within 30 minutes. Thorough, well trained, clean and friendly service.
