Excellent service and responsiveness. Darren did a great job installing a new one-piece toilet and also addressed another plumbing issue during his visit.

Darren was fantastic! Called, set up time, called back, came by to look, went to get parts, came back on time as scheduled & fixed the leak! All this in one day! Courteous, clean, better price than another plumber & did the job with a great attitude! Definitely will be my forever plumber!!

Very prompt, took care of replacing my sump pump which was no easy task. Very pleasant, very knowledgeable.

Darren was great at first, he agreed to put in a new water heater on a weekend when no one else would and that was a huge help and he didn't charge an extra surcharge for that. He ended up installing 2 new heaters and we thought everything was great. However, one of the heaters just stopped working, and he came out and didn't know what was wrong. Just fiddled with it and it started working again with no explanation and he didn't charge us. When the same problem came up again and we called him he wouldn't respond. I realized that I didn't have an actual invoice from him and requested a copy and no response..I left messages pleading with him to call so I could ask him a few questions about the water heater....all to no avail. We apparently have a lemon that has cost us more than the value of the water heater at this point. I believe he acted in a very unprofessional manner by not calling back and not even giving me a new invoice so I could try and get some help from the manufacturer.

Customer service was excellent. Darren answered my calls - or responded quickly if I ended up with voice mail. He communicated clearly and explained every step. I would recommend this company for both furnace and water heater replacement.

The job got done correctly which is the main thing! The cost was a little higher than I expected and I probably should have purchased my own faucet as the one installed doesn't appear to be as heavy duty as I would think was needed for an exterior faucet. This I put on myself for not asking enough questions before hand but...

Darren kept me advised during the diagnosis of the problem and explained (with pictures) what the issues were the old galvanized pipes under the house and what needed to be done to fix them. One of the fixes was to replace about 10-12 ft. of pipe under the house. Yikes he had to do this in a tight crawl space. Loved the 10 year parts and labor warranty. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Darrin was first to call and set an appointment right away. Came out on time and accessed the problem. Needed a new furnace. He could do the job but his quote for a new furnace was way high which I told him but I needed to get job done so I did it. Upgraded to what he said was a better heater. But after the job checked consumer reports and it is not a great heater. I know the job was overpriced by at least $500. Derrin did a fine job but way overpriced and for that reason I would not recommend.

Darren is very friendly and is very customer-oriented. I would hire him again. Did a good job on bathtub stem/valve replacements and install of a water heater.

Very good customer service, and I thought the work was excellent. I really appreciated Darren outlining various options for me, and explaining additional costs that might be incurred. The only thing I didn't care for was the job took longer than he originally stated. Probably couldn't be helped since he needed to purchase an additional piece, but I had to rearrange my schedule for a second day when the job wasn't completed in one day, but I am very happy with the completed work.

I had had a different plumber come out to repair sump pump and continued to have problems, I decided to hire Darren who was prompt, professional and efficient. He assessed the problem, gave a solution with an estimated cost of repairs. Stepped out to search and purchase parts needed and returned to complete the job all within an extremely reasonable time frame. I loved that he guaranteed his work for a 2 year period an took the time to explain his trouble shooting and repair. I would highly recommend him.

Darren exhibited great depth of understanding about my concerns & quickly fixed the problems I'd initially called him for. With great knowledge, he discussed a looming problem with my water heater and fully explained the remedies I could choose among. He offered solutions but did not pressure me into anything. A few days later he called to check up on the fixes he'd made to my faucets and asked me if I'd thought about the water heater issue. With a sense of being in very good hands, I had him over again to replace my ailing water heater, the one with all the gross gunk on the inside. He's a GREAT plumber! I'll definitely use him again.
