Fortunately I hired Horizon Services 4 years ago when I moved into my “new” home and I quickly needed an entire HVAC system (2 furnaces, 2 a/c condensers, etc.). My new Trane system is superb and was exceptionally installed. Even the Denver permit inspector man was very impressed. Additionally, above & beyond their technical expertise is their customer service. They truly take a personal interest. From the very first phone call with Liz, then working with Jonathan as project director, to every single interaction with the team - everyone is responsive, kind, knowledgeable and they follow-up. They also do all the routine maintenance to ensure my equipment runs well for a long time. I have met the owner and his wife and again, that interaction is special and not common with other companies these days. I have had a couple plumbing issues and Horizon has efficiently handled those as well. I endorse Horizon Services without any hesitation. I am a loyal customer and would not consider a competitor.
