Horrible customer service. Paid approximately $5,000 to have a water heater replaced and the very next day it wasn't working. The manager gives horrible service and I would recommend hiring any other company. I wish I could leave negative stars because one star is about 10 too many.

When a spot re clogged within a week, they came back out & the experienced employee stayed & worked until all was done! They have a guarantee on their work for a year...no charge for the second visit. Employee was very professional, gracious, friendly & competent! Highly recommend!

Have used Horizon for years. Service techs highly trained. Never had a problem they couldnâ t fix. Replaced AC unit in half a day.

It cost a little more than I thought it would be. Great service and very professional.

Will was excellent. He reviewed my options and told me what he was doing before he started. He even cleaned my exterior unit (something no other service has ever done). My AC is up and running better than it has in years.

I needed a new ductless heating/AC system, and Horizon Services was not the cheapest of the quotes I got but they stood behind their work with a 5-year warranty on both parts AND labor, which nobody else offered. Everyone I've spoken to on the phone at the contact center has been clear and friendly. The quote process took two visits: one with a sales rep who measured my rooms, took notes, and talked about the likely equipment, and then a second visit that included an installation supervisor who confirmed the equipment needs and worked out how to overcome a few complexities for the install. The end of the second visit was when I actually got the quote, and the rep negotiated an additional "same-day decision" discount that sealed the deal. When it came to the install, every crew member on-site at my home was respectful, professional, and kind. There were a few hiccups that were nobody's fault but slowed the work on system installation day and they had to schedule a follow-up day the next week to finish the work. The completed job was documented in photos that were sent to me with the invoice. It's clear that Horizon highly values the customer experience and I'm glad I went with them.

For the customer are good in general

Above average communication, promptness, and keeping appointment. Plumber listened, planned the work, informed what company does or does not do, and was thorough (rather than assuming one problem and leaving others). He shows respect to you and your space - including wearing slip-over booties to avoid soiling the floors. Dave gave the smoothest repair experience I have ever had, and I had several.

The plumber was quick and upgraded my time when he had an opening. Communication was great. I would use the again.

the contractor was just very professional with everything.

Very expensive. My insurance adjustor was whistling through the roof. They can back to reinsulate the pipes, and tried to sell me a recirculation pump, but shirked the reinstallation of the pipes. Told me I would be better off to find an insulator as it would be twice as expensive to have a plumber do it. As I see it, they tore up the insulation, they should replace it. However, I do recognize that to reinsul ate the ENTIRE footage would not be their responsibility.
