Brian and Ryan have been cleaning our carpets for years. Truly outstanding work each and every time. Goes above and beyond to truly disinfect and clean your carpets. Kind, respectful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend.

Had Ryan steam clean our carpets recently for a deep clean. He showed up on time. I had some concerns from our dogs we used to have. He was able to show me the chemicals he was using that are pet friendly. Explained how long the job would take and that he could even help with a stain on the couch. Timing was perfect since the kids just spilled something on the couch the night before. Total he cleaned 5 rooms. Stairs. 3 couchâ s and a rug that I thought had no life left in it. After he was done the house smelled fresh. Everything looked clean. My wife has allergies with dirt/pollen. You could see the freshness in the carpet like it was brand new again seeing all the dirt was gone. Truly sanitized you could say. I would highly recommend him and his team. Next time I will have before and after pictures to show. Priceless having him save my couch from being tossed with the area rug I thought was done for now back to life. Thank you Ryan for the great job you did. My family and I appreciate your hard work and quality clean! Great prices compared to a Stanley steamer thatâ s for sure. I was contacted almost immediately by the owner and scheduled service for the next day. Ryan was on time and very pleasant to work with. He told me that some stains on the sofa might not be completely removed and I appreciated being told what to realistically expect. It turns out he was able to remove the stain and my furniture looks and smells much better.

Good work but slightly pricier

Very professional, yet pleasant. Organized, efficient. Every single thing was exactly as promised during the home visit prior to the work date.

This service did not respond to a request for service on the 1st time. It took Home Advisor kicking them in the butt to get them to call me for an appointment. The service man, Ryan, was pleasant and efficient.

Ryan from Horns Cleaning was on time. We did a walk through of the house before he started. He had us inspect rooms to be sure we were satisfied. Ryan was very courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend Horns Cleaning.

Ryan took excellent care of the moving of the furniture as stated and provided details about the carpet cleaning procedures being followed. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for! We have several pets and our microfiber sectional looked like it was ready to be dumped. Brian very promptly returned my request for a quote and came within a day of my call. Although I was a bit hesitant about the price, he ensured me the couch would clean up very well, so I agreed to the work. Let me tell you, the sectional now looks BRAND NEW! I know there was a lot of dirt and hair in that couch (after cleaning a Christmas toss pillow on my own). I can’t say enough how amazed I was at his work. Clean, smells fresh and I will definitely call him in the future. Oh, and he’s very knowledgeable about what he does. Thanks Brian for a fantastic job!!!
