    In a word (well three words) Professional, personable and perfect! We just returned for the Winter, and this is the best carpet cleaning I have had - all 3 floors and 2 staircases at a very reasonable price! Clearly an entrepreneur who takes pride in his work! Later called him for additional work in a small area that needed cleaning due to tenants, Was so bad that I was considering replacing carpeting in that area with wood flooring. He came out quickly, took a look and said "no problem" and was able to successfully clean the area.
