Blake was great to work with on our project. His crew was quick and knowledgeable and our project was completed in budget though slightly over time. Would definitely recommend.

Hired Blake to remove existing and build a new wood deck, remove old and pour new stamped concrete patio, and build a pavilion. Poor communication. Shoddy work. The concrete patio had to be poured twice and the final product had to be resurfaced due to poor finish. The wood deck was not tied-in correctly and many boards are loose or have already been replaced. Sprinkler system is broken and Blakes MOM was quick to blame us stating **lots of homeowners say we caused the problem when it was a preexisting issue**. On further investigation, they realized they did in fact cause the problem (during the deck installation). Existing landscaping was ruined by lazy careless actions (i.e. leaning a board against a boxwood for days). Blake failed to re-route downspouts around the concrete patio. Too many issues to list here. Overall, in my experience, Blake is not equipped to manage, communicate, and follow through on landscaping projects and should be avoided.

Blake at American Landscape & Design followed up on the project and fixed issues as they arose. Overall, the project took a bit longer than we anticipated but they came through and completed it.

Poor communication with the company. Did not advise me when they were going to install the fence. Work was good, but sloppy in cleaning up. Ran over my plant bed and broke a watering pipe. Did not remove some fixtures on the old fence. I would have removed them myself if I knew when they were coming.

BLAKE (AMERICAN LANDSCAPE AND DESIGN) WAS VERY ACCOMODATING AND COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME AND AS BID. I'LL BE IUSING BLAKE'S COMPANY AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
