Work directly with owner. It was a simple concrete sidewalk job and he did not complicate it. Menotti worked with me to get the price of the concrete down by combining with other jobs that he had. Worked through the weather roadblocks. Very fair price. Finished job in one day. Left the area better than when they started.

I had siding that came loose in the wind storm overnight. Menotti came out within two hours of the initial call and fixed the problem immediately.

Menotti and his team were great. They came out to fix some siding for me that was damaged in the wind storm a few weeks ago. While they were on my roof fixing the siding, they noticed some damage to my chimney, and were able to repair both chimneys as well a few days after the initial repairs to the siding were done. Very professional, very reasonably priced, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future work needs.
