Horton's Hauling

Although I had stated via Home Advisor that I did not to speak to anyone until the Monday after I had submitted my request, I guess this did not get passed along to Hortons Hauling as I received a voicemail the same night I ha submitted my request. However Alexis was patient in waiting for my reply and I received a bid on Monday and the work was completed the next day very much to my satisfaction. They arrived early for the appointed time and were done fast.

Responded very quickly. Set up an appointment immediately. Great communication with the office. The guys that came were professional and courteous. Impeccable manners. Went above and beyond what needed to be done in my opinion. Plan to hire them again without hesitation.

Everyone was very polite however the young kid was not really strong enough for the job. He also needs to wear a belt to help him from having to constantly pull up his pants. I loaned them my electric saw to get the sofa out because they were not well equipped. They wanted to use it on the love seat and chair so I had to remind them that the furniture came in okay the front door so I was pretty sure it could go out that way.

Friendly, helpful, communicative and efficient - just what we needed to geT rid of an old heavy projection screen TV. Would hire them again!

Horton Hauling arrived within the scheduled window. The two young men were pleasant, personal and efficient. The job estimate and agreed upon total was, I believe competitive. If I am in need of junk removal and hauling again, I will call Horton for repeat service.

They did underestimate the job cost but offered a discount as recompense. The job was done well and they did clean up afterwards - left very little behind. I'd recommend them over the national chain anytime.
