They were prompt and excellent customer service. I called on a Sunday. A guy was out and quickly figured out the problem. They got the motor first thing Monday morning and got it installed. I was notified every step of the way. No surprise charges and did a freon pressure check at my request. Would definitely use again. Looking at a yearly service contract to check the AC. Great experience and value.

Jason and Shaun were awesome. They detected the issue with house main A/C unit almost immediately, which we have had home warranty company out twice to fix before. They fixed the issue and had the house cool in couple hours. HOT a/c is a Great company!

PHENOMENAL!!!!! Jason went above and beyond excellent service. He even came out in the rain to tackle a very hard to get blower motor underneath the house (215 years old), maneuvering through the maze of pvc plumbing, and replaced the motor, worked on housing repar, along with fixing a minor drainage problem. I couldn't have asked for better service or quality of work!
