Cost $175 to wash the house...cost me another $200 to fix the damage after they were done.. Also, spray from the solution caused the plants to wither.

Very nice, polite young man but just did not seem to be into the job. I spent some time after he left wiping dirt and mold off of my louvers with a towel. I threw the towel away because it was too dirty to wash. I was surprised and confused because I had read nothing but good reviews.

The work was outstanding. My only other comment would be for them to communicate with the homeowner when unable to schedule or work when promised which seems to be a systemic problem with all contractors, in my opinion.

The gentleman did a great job on the house as far as pressure washing goes but used chemical on the house that is now killing my plants. Not good he should have recommended covering or not using the product at all, and just used the power washer to clean house so that it would not kill the plants.
