Acted as if he knew what to do, but when came down to opening the pool, he seemed confused with much of it. Ended up having to hire someone else to come out fix what wasn't done. Had some difficulty getting him to respond to texts and calls.

"This review is not accurate. Customer knew I DO NOT work on Sunday. Demanded I come out on Sunday to fix an existing issue. I told customer I would be out Monday morning. Got a text stating "we are no longer in need of your services. Had someone come out and fix it that Sunday." Customer also refused to pay for services provided that were not related to the issue."
