Got nothing.

He knew his stuff and did a good job. He found a used pump that he charged me was cheap. It lasted for a couple years. It worked for quite awhile. I hired Tub Tech recently, and Hot Tub 911 did a far better job.

I'm very satisfied with this contractor's service. They came out same day, repair the leak and were finished within an hour. Excellent job!

I ordered and paid for a new hot tube cover in February 2010 and still haven't received it (now July 2010). At first there was a variety of excuses - not he's just not returning my calls.

Nice guys, but service was inadequate and expensive. Drained our hot tub without using a hose and flooded our basement. Replaced the pump but in the process somehow created a leak. Continuous dripping from our tub for the past month. They have come out at least five more times, but are unable to fix the leak. We are going to go with a different repair company to fix the problem.

They went above and beyond making several trips out to try and get the hot tub running; unfortunately there ended up being previously existing plumbing problems that kept them from completing the job. They were prompt (early even!), curteous and well exceeded my expectations

Appointment wes met opn time. Identifing the leaky impeller to the pump took ~20-30 minutes. Part was orderd and installed ~ 5 days later. Max 1hour additional. Total cost $375 for a part that retails about $100. Pump was repaired properly, just expensive in my opinion.

Don't even consider hiring this person. In 3 visits he never fixed my leaking tub, rendering my "warranty" useless. His phone follow-up was unprofessional. When I finally last talked with him on 10/26, he acknowledged that he didn't kniow what was wrong with my tub. As a 2 day snowstarm was starting on 10/27, I pleaded with him for help. He assured me he would winterize my tub the next day. While I had already made my good faith payment of over $300, I found a competent professional who fixed the problem in 2 hours.

Came prepared, installed the new pump and left.

Jonathan did a great job of trouble shooting my repair. His price was extreamly fair. He was early on both visits. And the final charge was less then the original estimate. I will use him for all of my future needs.

The 911 guy came out on time to look at my hot tub. He checked the electrical box, told me a pump was out after feeling it and listening to it. He charged $50.00 and left. He did say he would reduce the $50.00 fee if I called him back to replace the pump, for $275.00. In pricing the pump he said was bad, I found it on line for a high of $169.00. I do not mind him making a profit, but I feel he was more interested in the $50.00 trip charge since he said he had to come to Castle Rock anyway, and less concerned about fixing the problem. This is the second Hot Tub person that I feel like he just wants to make a quick buck.1 star for showing.

the guy came out but told me i needed a new heater even though i told him the manuel said it was the flow switch he charged me $50.00 when i was putting the cover back on i noticed a cut wire to the flow switch i spliced the wire and it was fixed. I called him and told him about it he still wanted to charge me the $50 bucks even though as a trained licensed professional he could not find a cut wire? he finally agreed to tear up the check.
