Eric is great to work with. We called him in a panic Saturday morning after the pipes in our hot tub froze - he was able to walk us through (first time hot tub owners) how to fix the issue and promised to be available Sunday morning if we still had issues. Thankfully his advice over the phone did the trick, we were hot tubbing by Sunday night! Considentaly, Eric also delivered our hot tub a few months prior and he was just as great then - helpful and reasonably priced. His number is forever saved in my phone!
