Used this company for years with no problems until recently. It appears they have new management and they are awful. The first appointment I made for a leak-the repair person, James, called to tell me he was in Estero and they won't let him in gate. I live in North Ft Myers and they have been here 4 previous times. The following day he came to look for leak- James would only grunt at me, he never told me what he was doing and spent approx 1 hr and left (he only looked at pump and he replaced pump), no word about what he found/did or charged he just left. I found a leak detection company and they found the leak on the opposite side of spa by light (ground was dry around pump) and fixed it at a fraction of what this company bill me. All this company would say is "when are sending payment", not one apology and they threatened to take pump if I didn't pay.

I was quoted a price and was charged almost twice as much.

They responded promptly, went to work immediately and I will definitely use them again, turns out they also do pool repair so I will be using them for that too

He went out if his way to find us a genuine part when Hot Springs couldnâ t. Will definitely call him if I need service again!

Responded Saturday via phone to our Saturday web request. Arrived Tuesday morning as promised. Quickly diagnosed the problem and everything needed on his truck. Had our Jacuzzi up and running in about 2 hours. Cost was inline with what we expected.

He was really great, have given his card to several people.

I have used Hot Tub Specialists of Southwest Florida for years. They always do a good job for me.
