Mr. Lim did an excellent job diagnosing our refrigerator problems, repairing those that did not need new parts, ordering needed parts thru Amazon, and restoring the kitchen to order. He was courteous, efficient, and explained every stage of the process. We will use him for all future appliance issues.

The contractor never called and did not show up for the appointment. Then, I was charged for the work and had to be issued a refund that **should show up in 5-7 days**. The charge came after receiving an email from HA saying I would not be charged until the work was completed.

Refrigerator conked out. Mike from Hot/Cold Appl. Came out same day, found the problem and fixed it. He didnâ t try to make a big job of it. He could have and we wouldnâ t have been any the wiser. Very nice guy. Would definitely hire him again.

Prompt communication and service

Felt very comfortable having Mike doing the repair. As a single woman, it's very important to be comfortable having a stranger in my home. He was polite and friendly and did a great job.

Quick and efficient

The repair man of my Samsung refrigerator that I hired through Home Advisor seemed very knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing and why. After his work, he said to call him in 2 days to let him know if I noticed any more ice buildup or leaking in my fridge. I like that any subsequent repair in the next few days will also be covered by my original payment. From this experience, I feel confident hiring through Home Advisor in the future. Thanks!

He did not have any equipment on him. Did not appear to know what he was doing.

Came to repair my dishwasher... said that it was fixed and it was not... could not get it to even go through a cycle... and charged me $120 for nothing... very disappointing!
