From start to finish, the process of getting our driveway paved with Hot Mix Paving went smoothly. They were able to get job done quickly and the finished driveway turned out.great.

This year I decided to have my driveway paved in asphalt. My driveway has been gravel since my wife and I bought our home and it had a huge problem with flooding. I reached out to numerous companies to get quotes as my driveway is quite sizeable, about 180ft long. Many of the â big nameâ companies came in with huge quotes, as I am sure they do not need the money unless someone is going to pay a hefty profit margin. However, through home advisor, I had Peter from Hot Mix Paving reach out to me. Let me just preface the rest of this by saying there are not many other companies I have dealt with that have the quality of customer service Peter provided. Peter called me the same day I submitted the home advisor request and was able to understand over the phone what I wanted for my driveway and was able to give me a rough quote for the job right away. Nearly half of what the big companies wanted. Peter then came out to the house the next week to look it over and pick my brain on what exactly I wanted to see. Due to my flooding issue Peter was able to quote a very fair price in my opinion to bring in some base material for under the asphalt. Over the next couple weeks (waiting for warm weather) Peter continued to call me every few days to update me on when he planned on getting to my driveway. To me this is not common from many businesses nowadays. It made me realize Peter had not forgotten about me, yet was not going to rush and sacrifice quality just to lay the asphalt when it was cold and rainy. Once Peter showed up to pour the driveway he was very polite and respectful of my home and left the job clean. The driveway looks fantastic, to the point my neighbor saw the driveway and is now getting in touch with Peter to have him do their driveway. To wrap this up, I am not one that does reviews, in fact I couldnâ t tell you the last one Iâ ve written for anything. However, I personally feel Peter is owed some recognition for his quality work and customer service in a time when both of those traits donâ t seem very common anymore. I work in a profession that leads me to be skeptical of scams as I see them almost daily. However, once Peter gave me the quote he told me that I owed no money upfront and I paid in full once the job was done and I was satisfiedâ ¦ canâ t beat that.

They were very professional, they were always on time and did a fantastic job on my driveway. They were considerably less expensive than others in my area. The work they did is holding up very well.
