Michael was very helpful with all his knowledge of pool care. I call him and was here to help me in two hours. Fixed the problem with my filter in a hour or so. He has followed up with me twice already , once last night and again the following morning. I wish to thank Michael for all his help and I will use hotshot in future for all my pool needs.

Mike is very pleasant and easy going. He does a great job maintaining my swimming pool and I'm very happy with his service overall. I even get weekly emails with status reports on my pool. He's very knowledgeable about pools and hot tubs and the equipment that runs them. He immediately knew how the three pumps on my pools worked and was ready to go to work on servicing it the very next day. I'm very impressed by his work ethic. The owner, Mike, is awesome. He knows everything there is to know about pool equipment. He immediately diagnosed a problem with my pool filter that my former pool service person had completely missed for many months. He then fixed the problem. I have retained him to do my regular weekly service and my pool has never looked as beautiful as it does now. I highly recommend this company
