I first want to say that this service provider is amazing! They responded to my messages right away (unlike the others that got recommended) and stayed in communication with me. They made time even on the weekend to take care of installing our toilet (after waiting over three weeks for Lowe’s installed to never call). They reached out on the day of installation to let us know there was a job in front of ours - they kept us updated on their progress and when they were in route - they installed the toilet and cleaned up the area so our tenants were finally taken care of. Oh, and their prices were very comparable with that of others and afford to! We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs in the Brooklyn area. I also want to thank Angi’s list for being there for me for so many years when I wanted to find a good and reputable service provider.

Odini is a talented plumber who know his business he made sure he purchased the correct and exact pieces need to complete the job and clean up after himself when done. Odini was polite and considerate of my needs I am very happy with his plumbing services and will, when necessary, hire him again in the future.

Oudinini of Houdini Service is cheerful and professional. He charges by the job, not the hour, so the more than reasonable estimates were exactly what I paid, no surprises, and his customer service is designed to impress. I hired him to replace a broken tub trim and change 4 leaky bathroom sink faucets. Before starting the bathroom faucet replacements, he showed me 2 of the 4 sink traps and returns were deteriorating. One had small hole already. Before proceeding he gave me an estimate for that too, very reasonable. He worked efficiently. The job had to be split into 2 days because my initial appointment was late in the day. On the second scheduled day he called me to let me know he had to push back the time to later in the day, in order to tend to a plumbing emergency elsewhere. While en route he picked up 2 traps and one of the returns needed, and didn’t charge for the shopping. He gave me the receipt and I reimbursed him. The second return he had in his truck and he didn’t charge for it at all. The finished job looks great and functions perfectly. Highly, highly recommended.
