Travis Houk came to my house and did the job. He shoveled the sidewalks, the front pathways and used a snowblower for the two driveways I have. When ever there was a big snow storm, he would let me know he was on his way to take care of it. Initial price is larger than the continuation of service price. All in all he did a great job and he is such a nice young man to work with.

He stated in the proposal the price was $25/hr - was here 2 1/2 hours and wanted $175 ...claims there was a $100 service charge Finally agreed to $100. WORST of all, he never returned to finish the job - said he would be back the next afternoon - no response to my phone msg, left another msg the next day and still no response! He left 4 outlets dangling from the walls I have another company coming today who can hopefully finish the mess he started and also check to see if he did repair the loose wire correctly - at this point I don't trust anything he did! I wrote him a check and paid him before he left - when I checked my bank statement he cashed the check at a local gas station!!!!! What legitimate business does that??? DO NOT use this company!! I had also told him before he accepted the job to be sure and bring a headlamp since it was too dark to really see and would be difficult to work and hold a flashligh- he said no problem and then had me hold his cell phone while he worked on the dimmer switch!!! This was my first experience with Home Advisor -
