You will not believe how Guy will go out of his way to make your remodeling experience enjoyable. In the past, I have always anticipated issues when doing remodeling jobs. In remodeling my bathroom, Hourglass remodeling did quality work in a reliable manner. At my request they were able to make last minute adjustments which improved the results. I intend to use Hourglass remodeling in the future to remodel my kitchen.

I absolutely love my new bathroom! Guy was very personable & easy to talk to about my ideas & wishes. He offered suggestions when asked but did not force his opinion or make me feel silly for my questions. He was reasonable & when I wasn't exactly happy with something, he was eager to fix the problem. A couple of minor things; there were a few days that I was expecting him at a particular time & he couldn't make it, for very legitimate reasons, however a phone call would have been all that was needed. The other minor issue (which was easily resolved) was not paying close attention to the serial numbers on some of the fixtures.
