He was very patient and informative with all my questions even after delivering the report. He pointed out definite areas of concern with needed questioning of the seller, agent or someone who might know the history on the property. Kept his word to return and retest electrical issue when water was turned back on. Will continue to call on Randy for future prooerty inspections.

Randy was simply amazing. His reports are easier to understand aND makes sure he gives a lot of pictures with each explanation! Due to the sellers not having the gas on, Randy had to make a 2nd trip but happily did so. Not sure if I will purchase the home I had inspected but if not I will call Randy when the next hime becomes available! Very pleasant professional inspector!
