"Hi Brandon! Thank you for submitting your review for the job I did for you. I do have a high standard of clean, and yes, sometimes too high of a standard. That is one of the things I am working on to better the customer experience! You know, it's usually the opposite where one has to improve on quality, but with me, I have to learn to lower my standards in some cases. Thank you again for submitting this review as every one of them help me get new jobs. You still have my number if you ever need my services again."
"I'm glad you appreciated the hard work I put into your yard. I always try to deliver good results. If you ever need a hand again, give me a call!"
"Thank you for appreciating my efforts in providing you the service you need to complete your goals in moving into your home. I always strive to deliver quality results. Believe it or not, not every client I work for appreciates the hard work that goes into some of the jobs I do. They complain about how long it took to do the job. The real question is, quality or time? The answer is both, but sometimes it's hard to satisfy both elements to please the person who hired you. Thanks for your appreciation once again!"
"Thank you for the high rating you submitted about our services. We always strive to provide quality, high value services to all our clients. We will be seeing you soon to complete the project!"
"You are right--I didn't complete this job up to your expectations, and I realized that at the end. First, I should have asked you the time frame I was to complete the tasks. When I first started the job, my intention was to clean up the bushes and trees and didn't realize that just that alone took considerable amount of time. This job was not one of my successes, and I realize where I went wrong. A self check on task planning was in order for myself so it doesn't happen again on future jobs. I realize I didn't meet your expectations, and I would like to make it right, if you would give me a chance to do so. My offer to you is to allow me to come back, on my day off, and work the amount of time I was paid when I was there, times two to compensate for the other worker, to complete the tasks that you need done. If this is acceptable to you, please call me and we can plan to get it done. I am a good worker. Please let me make it up to you, and show you that I can do this. I will be awaiting your response."
"This job was very challenging. The combination of weeds growing in the gravel landscape were difficult as the bulk of them were ground-crawlers. In order to remove ground-crawling weeds efficiently, the gravel has to be loosened up where they are growing so when the weed is pulled, the whole plant, or as much of it as possible, can be removed. A weed-eater is typically used to keep weeds at bay, but a weed-eater could not be used on the particular weeds growing in this yard. In areas that were heavily overgrown, I dug up the soil to remove the roots of the weeds as well so that next season there will be much fewer weeds to maintain. The back portion of the yard will not be as labor intensive as the front portion of the yard because the majority of the weeds growing there are tall with thick stalks, which means they will be easier to remove when pulling them. After removing those, the remaining weeds can be finished off with the weed-eater."
"This move-out project was a big job, and we cleaned the home to be move-in ready. The last day of the job, two of us tackled finishing the last of the tasks, and was almost completely finished when we were told that there was no more funds in the budget to finish out the last few minutes we needed to finish. I offered the client to let us finish and not to worry about additional payment, but he didn't have time to hang around until we could finish as he was expected to be somewhere else at the time. In my time of owning the business, there has been very few times where we had to leave a job unfinished. Whatever the circumstances were at those times, I always offered a remedy that would satisfy the client, even if it was working for free to complete the request. That's the very best remedy I could offer to a client, but my hands are tied if the client does not accept it. Tasks unfinished at this particular job was the tile flooring portions of the house and a little more than half the windows."
"Hi Barbara! Thank you for the kind words, and I appreciate that you appreciate my efforts to deliver quality results. It was a very interesting day talking with you as I worked. I admire your joy of life and your mission to help keep our young minds healthy and safe. I can picture that you are a favorite counselor of many young students in this valley. I look forward to seeing you again and continue efforts of putting a "shine" on things!! Lol"
"Hi Lindy! Great! I am so glad we helped you with your cleaning needs, and that you were satisfied with the results of our work. You and your husband were very friendly and nice to talk to as well as hospitable to our needs as well. On my return, I plan to finish up the project by delivering to you a clean kitchen to top off your project. You will be happy in your home, and you will be confident that your home is your castle! I love it when my clients are satisfied with the work we do. Once again, "We make your life easier!" Thank you for the great review!"
