Here are two main reasons why I never want deal with them anymore. 1. Broken my backyard screen door on the first day of service. 2. Never completed the front door painting, Through our text conversation , the owner promised I buy the new front door, he will paint. We both pay 50/50 to the screen door, he will have some to put the new doo. After I purchased., I text him, he never responded Now I will go through consumer affairs

We had a team of five guys painting our house. They worked great together and completed the job a day early.

House Doctor Painting did our exterior home painting project quickly and perfectly. I was impressed by the crew - they communicated well and were very careful and thorough. When we had to reschedule, the owner Kelly was flexible and responsive. He made great suggestions about the scope and proposed popular colors that accelerated our decision making. I highly recommend Kelly and his team!

They were great. Eric 2 got everything organized and they finished in 1 day. I made a few last minute changes that they were very happy to do. I highly recommend them.

Light Fixers & Garden Hoses Need More Attention. Completed The Job Within One & Half Day Instead Of Estimated Time Two & Half To Three Days. Used Spray Painting.

They did a great job painting the house. A few minor issues that they handled very quickly. They did lack attention to minor details & clean up was not good.

Quality of the work is very professional. Price point very competitive.

Kelly was the perfect salesman- promised everything, but did not follow through. I did not get the paint I requested. Instead of purchasing a good quality paint, he chose 2nd from the bottom in quality. Who knows how long it will last? Kelly gave me no advanced notice when he was starting. If I had been for warned of the starting date, I would have trimmed by plants and removed items that I didn't want damaged or painted by accident. The painters stepped on plants and painted rocks and other items that were near the house. I even warned them to move those items before they started painting! The head of the painters, did not communicate well what he had done or what he was going to do the next day. I thought they had just the trim and finishing tough ups to do. Kelly had said that his crew would sand the wood with a sander, caulk the cracks in the wood, paint two inches below the soil line, etc... Some of which was not done. I was distressed. If junior has explained in more detail to me before he left that first day, it would have saved me a lot of worrying and anxiety. By the way, Kelly thought that the worrying and anxiety was my problem! As the work progressed both Kelly and Jr were very disrespectful and were not very professional. It is the worst experience I have ever had with a company I hired, and I would never recommend House Doctor Painting to anyone.

Great crew...led by Carlos (original review) UPDATE to my review. We have had to touch up ourselves quite a few areas that were not originally seen. Depends on how the light hits the house. The problem was...house was air sprayed only, not rolled and sprayed as promised. Due to the rough stucco, old paint can be seen in many spots. Not the best paint job. Also, come to find out over 40 roof tiles were broken. No walking boards were used by any of the workers (power washer or painters). When this issue was brought up after the fact, a roofer was sent out by Kelly to repair. I was glad that this issue was resolved so quickly. Thank you, Kelly. Clean up could have been much better.

WOW!! Kelly and his team were AWESOME!! I knew my house needed a new coat of paint but this painting team did such a good job so quickly that I feel like I'm living in a brand new house. The painters were very friendly and really knew their stuff. I have already recommended House Doctor Painting to 2 relatives and the job was just finished today!!! Thanks Kelly!!!

Erick and Team 2 were great!. Kelly the owner came to our house for estimate and was very knowledgeable and suggested different trim options.

The team was great. This is a big house and they did a good job. Wish my doors were semi-gloss and garage doors. That is a problem!

There process started with Kelly coming to the house and giving an estimate. It was reasonable and much better than several others I had received. He gave me instructions on picking paint, we agreed on a date and time and his guys were there. Professional, accommodating, friendly and fast. A team of 4 did the entire job start to finish in 2 days and it looked amazing. before they left, any little issue I had they addressed. I am more than satisfied. And a call from Kelly immediately afterwards following up and thanking me. A real professional job from start to finish. This is the kind of small business we need to support. if they broke something accidentally they told you and they fixed it. and in this case it was probably my fault. They missed a few things in clean up but it was great. it looked good they did it fast and curiously. the boss was out of town because of death in the family but the works went did every thing great. The boss called a day after it was over and was ready send some to fix any problem.
