I understand handymanservices charge by the hour. I do not understand a quintuple mark-up for a tube of caulk. I was told the mark-up was for going and fetching the product. Fine. But 5x the actual cost of the item? Technician was fri badly and did good work but I have a hard time swallowing the price I was charged for the material.

Mario was a true professional. Did a great job installing cabinets with attention to detail. He also cleaned everything up completely. The project took longer than expected, but he worked non-stop to complete to my satisfaction. Kathy was very easy to correspond with and emailed me back very quickly to schedule the job.

They did good work in a timely fashion. The only wrinkle is they tried to charge an extra fee for using a credit card to pay, without advising me in advance of the fee. When I said I would mail them a check (which I didn't have with me) they took the credit card at the original price.

Very professional and worked quickly. They charge by the hour which I was worried about at first but it was great. I was pleased with the prompt response (within an hour) to my posting of the job on HomeAdviser. When the service technician was delayed on another project, they called again and gave me a new arrival time which I was pleased with their concern. The storm door closer was replaced and I was shown how to do maintenance with WD40 on the latch mechanism. I was very pleased with the professional and courteous work.

The workmen came during the period I was given. He listened to what I wanted and worked to make it happen. I was kept informed as to any changes that had to be made before he proceeded. I look forward to using this company again as I have several projects to complete this year.
