BEWARE!!! I used house doctors to build out my medical office. As I discovered later, they allowed someone who is not licensed to work under their license, which is illegal. On all my permits, I have the name of Manuel Tinjaca and House doctors INC. I actually worked with Mr Moises Salama and Susana Salama Kenigsberg who operate under the license of House doctors inc and use their company SD18 and associates among other companies that they have registered. I actually had to close the practice for a few days because they did not obtain the proper TCO for me to operate. This contractor took the money(over 180K!!!) and disappeared on me. He holds you hostage before doing work so that you actually have to pay him ahead of the work being completed. This way he is always ahead with the money. They were more than 5 months behind the schedule in doing their work The work was left unfinished. Within the first day of moving in we had AC tray collapse and flood the office, toilet backup, broken doors, unfinished pant-job, damaged vinyl floors, etc. The cabinets that were installed have damage, and the cabinet company refuses to repair them before getting paid. The stainless steel sinks are already covered with rust spots. Everything they use is cheap quality and they convince you that this is the best quality and supplies. He literally uses the people off the street who have no experience doing any kind of construction work. In addition - he did not pay his subs (electric, plumbing, AC, framing, cabinets) - many of whom are now calling me asking for money to be paid to them for their work. I already spent a few thousand dollars repairing the damage done and paying to extend my permits. I tried multiple times to reach Mr Tinjaca under whose license they operate - I never got a call back.I was hoping that since this is being done under his license - e will make sure that the work is done and the permits are closed. I am attaching photos of the work that was done and I hope that no-one will use this company or GC again. I have 100s of other photos and videos which show the horrible job that was done. They should not be operating.

"Mr. Lev, We have already discussed in person at your office all of the aspects you mentioned here. We are licensed and operate legally and the permits were requested properly accordingly. You got credits for all of the undone things but also there are a lot of multiple extra things you requested as a change of orders and you don't want to recognize such things for the balance pending. We accept the responsibility for the things done incorrectly but the job was still open and needed to be continued to be considered finished. Your AC unit was already there without ductwork before we get there. If you want to keep publishing bad reviews that are up to you but with the job you have to reconsider your claims but also ours. I won't really know if I will still be happy with the project until it rains. The replaced fascia boards and adjusted the gutters to keep them from leaking. Once it rains I will know whether the job was done correctly, but so far I am satisfied with the work done.

Hardware, Latches & Tracks (Door) - Repair or Replace
If you hire this company, make sure you get a quote in writing first. I submitted a request for a locksmith or professional to change and re=key locks at my home. I got someone who didn't know how to install a door handlebar and installed locks so inefficiently that I was almost locked out of my house. On top of this, I find out at the time of service that they do not re-key locks so I was left with no door handle and three different keys to get in my house. They only offered to send the same guy out to attempt to fix the bad locks but they close before regular work hours. Luckily, I was able to get a locksmith to come out that evening to fix everything for less!

We replaced 5 different door locks for you and only because you provided those new locks by yourself and hired us and schedule days before. Sorry but unfortunately we cannot refund any money only because after our services have been performed the customer decides to install back one of the old locks and do a re-keying by hiring a Locksmith company."
