If you want shoddy work done hire House Doctors of Andover!
Jason is less than qualified to own a business of which he knows nothing about and has no prior experience in the services they offer.
That is quite evident from the pictures because any well versed carpenter wouldn't install LVP flooring with such poor workmanship, and that's not all the unfavorable issues I experienced with this business.
Ask him for pictures and references, and make sure they're from real people not the franchise website...

I used Doug in the past for a job so I decided to call them for 2 minor things around the house. I needed a faucet tightened and a punching bag installed in the basement for my son. I explained the work in detail by email and they showed up as agreed. They tightened the faucet in 15-20 min but when it came to the punching bag, they said they did not have all the equipment and material to do it. So, they charged me for the first hour and we scheduled another time for the punching bag. They installed the bag in 1.45 hrs and charged for a total of 3 hours for about 2 hours of work. After couple of punches, the bag came down due to the bolt being loose. I called Doug and he said it is the fault of the hardware provided and he will charge me extra to come and fix it. After disagreeing with him, he said he will come to tighten it but he won't do anything else and he is not a punching bag expert. I found his pushing back and wording very unprofessional. I reminded him that they told us they could bring different bolts the first time around when they showed up to make it stronger but he disregarded it and he said if I want anything extra, I would need to pay for more. I would not trust them again with my business. I would recommend you to go look somewhere else. After all, how can you trust a person, who does not back up his work and blame the nuts and bolts for poor workmanship.

We had an unpleasant and unsatisfying experience with this company. They should have trained their staff better and supervised inexperienced employees. They also need to provide the necessary tools to their staff to do the job properly. Because they failed the do so there were delays in removing the old toilets and finishing the floors. When I called the owner about these issues, he responded very rudely without willing to listen and understand the situation. They did a sloppy job installing vinyl tiles leaving gaps between the tiles and not putting grout around the sides and so on. They were supposed to remove the old vinyl tile but instead installed the new ones on the old floor in our bathroom. Instead of going through another unpleasant experience with them, we decided to correct some of the imperfections ourselves. On the positive side, they did a good job installing two new toilets. We did not have any issues with their customer service rep.

Douglas the owner of House Doctors was very nice and professional in the beginning, halfway through the job on my deck they was a discrepancy on how much I owed him. He would not come to install the sliding glass door to go out to the deck that they built. I over paid by 6000. He did not come back to finish the job . I hired another company and I purchased my own glass door that I had paid house doctor for that they were supposed to install. It took my awhile to recover from this finical rip off over a year later I hired another company to install the sliding glass door I purchased. House doctor built the deck flush with my finished interior floor They will do nothing for me do not make the same mistake I made stay away from House doctors.

I had a couple small projects around the house. Joe showed up on time and promptly cleaned out nests in the gutter. Doug had asked me to get some white paint which I did the day before at Lowe's but Joe didn't have a ladder long enough to get to the spot that needed painting. The last thing I needed done was to fix some rot on the basement walkout door. He said "wow that's more than I thought it was, I only brought a piece of molding with me." He went back to the shop to get some materials and was gone about two hours. When he returned he said his day was shot. He lost his ladder on the highway because he didn't strap it down and now he had to go back to find it and make sure that it hadn't hurt anyone or caused any damage. When I explain this to Doug, he replied "At this point , I rather not do anymore work for you." So I spent a half day from work but at least I got my gutter cleaned out.

"(consumer name withheld per their request) sent me the following email that evening explaining what had happened with Joe. (consumer name withheld per their request) had asked me to paint the "spot over the door" during a phone conversation after the estimate was done. He made it sound like it was just above a door. To Joe's surprise, it needed a 32 ft ladder which the Techs do not carry on their trucks on a regular basis. Unfortunately sometime things do not go as planned with jobs and unexpected events can come up. I do understand that it is an inconvenience, but sometimes it is beyond our control. I am sorry this happened to (consumer name withheld per their request) but again, sometimes things do not go as planned. > Doug, I am not impressed with your guy, Kevin(?). 3 hours and the only thing he accomplished was pulling out the nests from the gutter and plugging the hole in the fascia on the other side, about 15 minutes of work. He went back to get some materials as he wasn?t prepared at all for the rot work and lost his ladder on 93 (didn?t strap it down)!!!! Now he is going back to the highway to look for it and make sure it didn?t cause any damage! So the only thing we got done today was pulled out some straw from the gutter. He should have been able to bang this whole thing out in a couple of hours. I am ready to call it a day and find someone else. Paul Unfortunately, accidents happen which causes delays. Joe was very concerned about someone getting hurt and checked with the local police to make sure no one was. Fortunately there was no incidents related to the ladder. When I received Mr Jensen's email, I assumed he did not want us to do the work. When Paul wrote he was "ready to call it a day", we did. For his inconvenience, we did not charge him for the repair of the gutter and blocking of a hole where the birds where getting in."
