Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
During my phone consultation I was told my project would take 4-5 hours, but it was almost double - which means almost twice the expected cost since they charge hourly.

Drywall - Repair
I was supposed to have drywall replaced from sink to halfway between skylight, texturized, and paint. The drywall did not go all the way up and there is some texture on the ceiling. Nothing is painted. They said they could finish in 8 hours but they did not. Also, they overcharged me for what I received.

We had a mix up at the beginning but got everything going. The tech was personable, left the area clean, did not waste time and did ehat he was hired to do. I was very pleased. I even made another appt with him later on this year. I recommend him highly.

Damian of HouseDrs in Colleyville worked on dry walls and did such a professional job that I had him back to replace the fence around my backyard. For me, communication is paramount. The House Doctorâ s leadership, the front office and the onsite crew demonstrated the importance of communication throughout the project. They consistently kept me informed of what was happening, when it was going happen and by whom. This organization restored the exterior of a property that needed. â ¢ Chimney trim replaced â ¢ siding replaced, â ¢ power washing, â ¢ door threshold installed â ¢ and complete reconstruction of an exterior door-jam. In summing, there attention-to-detail produce and amazing end-result. I will use them again.

My scheduled time to have the work performed was 9 am, but they arrived at 8 a.m. which was impressive! Even matched up the paint & all 3 rooms painted cleaned up before 1 pm. Had it all done within 4 hours. The customer service was outstanding & Cheryl simplifies excellence which I will used this company again in the near future.
