Drywall Repair
I'm so pleased with the drywall work done at my home by the House Doctors of Brentwood. Their work was professional from start to finish. They began with a home visit, project measurements and review, then followed up with a detailed estimate, which I accepted. Throughout the project, which required 3 home visits, they were prompt, well prepared, and consistently communicated well, responded to questions, anticipated potential problems and discussed the dry wall project in layman's terms, which made me feel very confident in the end result. Delay, delay, delay. Poorly managed company. Started my job, was told it would take 1 day to complete. Job is half done, had to leave due to dark and rain after 9 hours on the job. They scheduled the follow up finish work for 3 days later. Got a text saying it can?t be done today, due to a doctors appointment for one of their guys on the job (2 guys assigned to our job). Found out, that they actually started a new job yesterday instead of finishing my job (neither of them knew about the new job until yesterday). Should have finished my job yesterday before sending to a new job.

Due to weather conditions, including rain and loss of daylight, the work could not be completed safely on the initial day despite the crew working extended hours. Safety is a priority for both our technicians and our customers. The follow up visit was scheduled for the earliest available date. Unfortunately, an unexpected medical issue impacted staffing availability that week. Once your concerns were brought to our attention, we adjusted our schedule and completed the remaining work on Saturday to ensure the project was finished promptly, even though it required overtime and schedule changes for our team.
