The project was to replace a bathroom floor in a basement. Their technician was helpful in choosing the materials to use. He worked efficiently and finished the job under the estimated price! The floor looks great. I will definitely use this company for future projects.

Hired them to install poly roof panels over my deck. Panels were installed wrong, the workmanship was shoddy, use of materials was poor. Once installed, the roof leaked badly. After calling them back, it was better but still leaked. After calling them again, it still had some minor leaks. I stopped calling them.

"We did all we could do to mitigate leaks that were discovered after the new plastic panels were installed. There is only one way to install the plastic panels - so they overlap to allow water to flow down the roofline. That is exactly how the panels were installed. The leaks were not occurring in the area that the panels were installed, but on flashing on the house roof line between the house and the newly installed plastic panels. This flashing was damaged when the old plastic panels were removed (by the customer or someone else) prior to our start of the project to install new panels. We did not replace this flashing and it was not part of the scope of the job. After returning twice at no charge to attempt to repair and seal the damaged roof flashing, we told the customer the only way to stop the leaks would be to replace his damaged roof flashing, which would entail another job and additional costs.The majority of materials used in this project were purchased and provided by the customer."

We hired HouseDoctors for three projects. Power washing of the house, deck, and concrete services; installing a handrail for the stairs in our garage; and repairing damaged drywall around a window and painting the whole wall. Installing the handrail turned out to be the hardest job to complete due to having to drill into a concrete wall. Each job was completed in a very professional manner. Erin provided great customer service during the pre-planning and while the work was being accomplished.

project was to remove a large entertainment center attached to a living room wall. The quote was completed rapidly and done by well branded professionals. Erin, the office associate, was friendly, professional, and quick to respond, especially via email. She was able to squeeze me into the schedule, due to some poor weather, and we were able to finish a week faster than I first assumed. Dave, the handyman, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very fast at completing my job. Team was flexible with my requests to keep costs low. Al, the owner, was also on the job, and he took time to thank me for my business and offered to help with our other home goals. We are now in the process of taking another project on with the House Doctor. As of now, I am highly confident the team will complete quality work, under or at our budget. thanks for the great job!
