John and his guys are excellent to work with.  Everything is coordinated via the central office and they are good at scheduling when work will be provided.  They have a lot of different skills and abilities.   <br /> Quotes take a few days to be emailed back, not a problem for me, and understandable given the range of work they do.

"We take great pride in our customer service. On this project, which was completed twelve months ago, when our technician arrived to repair damaged siding he was asked to also inspect a bath shower. The customer requested to limit repairs to an extent that, in our opinion would compromise the repair. Since we guarantee our work, we provided a proposal to complete the work properly. The customer declined, as is her right. In sum, the work we were hired to complete (siding repair) was completed satisfactorily for $125. plus tax. It is the proposed work we estimated at no charge which the customer declined to accept that is the cause of this poor review."

The work was done well. It took about and 1 or so to do the work. He did everything I asked. It was only one worker who did it all. Getting the appointment set up went smoothly. We needed the work done as soon as possible, and they were able to accommodate for us.

As far as the finished results and overall pricing were concerned, we were satisfied. We were not there while they did the work, but we have not heard any complaints about the work from our tenants. They were recommended by our real estate manager.

We love the owner, John Barba, we were underwhelmed with his man in charge on the site. They are licensed, insured and bonded so you can feel safe when they are working in and around your home. Unfortunately to have the licensed and insured part, it's reflected in the price which is higher than your average handyman. We will use them again.

Received an estimate over the phone which included detailed information regarding their service fee, hourly rate, anticipated material costs and tax. I was given a prompt appointment on the day I requested. Technician arrived on-time, reviewed/confirmed the details of the work to be performed. Entire job was completed in 1 hour. After the job was performed, the technician reviewed what was completed and cleaned up after himself. I was satisfied with the work.
