HouseMaster responded w/in a half hour of my inquiry through HomeAdvisor. They listened to me, made sure they understood what I needed, scheduled an appointment for service at my convenience, quoted a reasonable fee. Greg Albert did the inspection. He was professional, personable, explained his findings thoroughly, answered all my questions. I had the written report in email form the day after the inspection. I recommend this service highly.

The inspection went fast. I liked that the inspector walked me through the things he would write on his report. He also confirmed for me that the home was in pretty good condition from his point of view. It helped to reassure me that I was making a good choice.
