About us
I’m Bob Kellum, owner of HouseMaster of Franklin, and I do the inspections myself. I’m a Navy veteran with a master’s in civil engineering, and HouseMaster has been a national brand since 1979. Every home inspection includes thermal imaging and moisture readings at no extra charge, so I find water behind walls, under floors and in attics you’d never see on a walk-through. Buyer inspections come with the InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee. For homeowners who aren’t buying or selling, I do 11-month builder warranty inspections, mold investigations with air sampling and lab results, radon testing (NRPP certified), water quality testing and sewer scopes. I don’t do repairs, so you get a straight answer instead of a sales pitch. Serving Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station, Bellevue, Fairview, Dickson, Burns and Bon Aqua.
