I had a variety of jobs that needed to be done to prepare my home for sale (caulking, dry wall repair, leaky sink, plus a few other small things). He did a great job on all of the tasks and was easy to work with.

Ken Sterling started my project the end of December and it wasn't completed until mid January. (he told me it would take maybe a week to complete). He consistently didn't show or call. He made several errors and refused to fix. He came in one day and demanded final payment within 24 hours or he was "going to come in and tear up the tile". I would not recommend.

This is the contractor that we are going to use. He is to come by today to set up a start date. Will update when job is complete.

So far so good! They have not completed yet because they are looking for parts, but I will finish once it is complete.

Ken did a great job....We have him returning next week on another project.

I had a custom furniture piece made, much like a built-in china, in a narrow 13-inch deep wall inset, approximately seven feet wide and nine feet high. After showing Ken a similar piece from a magazine picture, he modified the design for our space and the end result was a beautiful, well-made addition that will provide lots of storage for our modest off-kitchen dining area. He also custom built a bookcase that was tall, yet needed to be not too deep, because of location near a high traffic doorway. It also came out beautiful and was exactly what we were hoping for. Personable and polite, good problem solver when unexpected glitches occurred (walls and corners not plumb or square, etc.) I also mentioned that I needed the work done "yesterday", and he accommodated by starting the job within several days. Would invite back for other projects without hesitation. Thanks, Ken!

This project has dragged out for over 2.5 months. There is damage to my home, my satellite dish, etc. There have been several times where I was promised by Mr. Sterling that he would show up on a certain day and I would not hear from him for sometimes weeks. I have paid Mr. Sterling in full, but will not use him for future projects because of the mess he left behind for me and the frustration in dealing with him. It is really unfortunate, because Ken is a very nice man and I hoped we could use him for other projects.

We took him to our new house and will have him put in an entertainment center for our TV. Nice guy!

House Medic was great. They arrived quickly, did a great job, and were very quick to both understand my needs and get the job done at a great price. A+++

Ken Sterling provided excellent advice regarding our siding problems. We now have a much better idea of what steps needed to be taken next. He is knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, helpful, and an all-around nice person to deal with.
