Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Where do I start? We initially hired Matt when our water heater went out in the dead of winter. He came three days in a row to relight it, just to make sure I could give my babies a bath with warm water until we could get insurance to come through. His service was above and beyond. We then hired him back for sump pump repair, when our waterline broke and needed repaired, replacing a vanity in our bathroom, the list goes on! Matt is so trustworthy and weâ ve come to trust not only his GREAT work but in general as a great person. We are blessed to have found him!

Best plumber by far - the integrity of his work is always very much appreciated (weâ ve had several projects over the years that we wouldnâ t trust anyone else with). Being a small business youâ re not just another paycheck - this guy truly cares about his customers - though Iâ m not too sure how much repeat business he gets because when he fixes something - itâ s FIXED!! You donâ t have to worry. Polite and easy to talk to. Prompt and honest - which is hard to find these days!!!

I can t say enough about Matt. I called him about my pilot light not staying lit and thought I might need the thermal couple replaced. He called me back in 2 minutes and walked me through where to find a reset switch. He stayed on the phone until I had the pilot working. He said if it goes out again within a week, there may something more serious going on that will need attention. If it does, I will definitely call Matt, The Pipe Medic to fix it.

Here's one person who will not quit until he has it right! He repaired some plumbing for my water-based heat pump, a toilet shutoff, and a leaking kitchen drain pipe. The drain pipe was quite a job as he had to work around other plumbing, a heat duct, and through a kitchen cabinet. He was quick to respond/schedule me and provided polite service.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Pipe medic was priced well below how competitors. He made it clear that customers come first. He was able to suggest a bigger water tank for less than what the big places wanted to charge.

Water Heater Repair or Service
Mark went out of his way to help us with our water heater. He made two trips trying to get us hot water. When the part came in, he came the same day to help us out. We really appreciate his dedication and service, I could not believe how much he went out of his way to get our hot water heater fixed. I'd hire him again without hesitation!
