We had a great experience working with Allen. He was very responsive, very detailed, and very patient as we asked what things meant. We are working with an out-of-town realtor to buy our first home, and the technology he uses allowed for a seamless delivery of the report to all parties. We walked away knowing exactly what we were going to ask the seller to fix, and what projects are on our list when we get into the house.

Allen is legit. He uncovered so many things in the house that would easily be overlooked. His communication and ease of access are top-notch. Thanks for what you do!

Allen was exceptional! Tons of communication. The report was very easy to interpret/read. He had extreme attention to detail. Called me when he was done to go over the most critical things he found. I enjoyed how the report would mention if what he found was major or not. I would hire Allen again for home inspection!

I am so thankful for this company! Allen was amazing and saved us THOUSANDS in future repair bills. Our builder on new construction didn t complete portions of the roof and incorrectly built in flagging (didn t even know what that was prior to this...) that would have lead to massive water damage over time. Allen found everything from the big to small issues and made sure our future home was solid! He was so patient and explained to us all the issues he found and how those issues would need to be corrected. His report was detailed and helpful as well I cannot imagine the nightmare that would have ensued without him! Thank you House to Home ❤️

Allen is a really professional inspector. He points out every defects in the house for your information. That helps you evaluate which one is major issue which needs to be fixed right away and which one is just minor issue which can be fixed later by yourself.
