We had an issue with windows in our sun room not working properly. He was able to get them to go up and down, but when they were tilted out for cleaning, there were still problems. He was very nice and professional and did the best he could with what he had to work with.

Mark is a gentleman and a professional. He responeded quickly and showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the work on time as he committed. He installed 2 ceiling fans and a retractable screen door for us. His work was excellent and thorough. We are very pleased and will definately use him again for future projects.
