    Household 360 immediately responded to my request. Tim came out same day of request. Able to fix the heater next day when parts arrived. My disappointment is with the cost. I received an invoice but when I inquired as to whether he charges an hourly rate or based on parts replaced, he never responded. I texted, emailed and called him however Tim never responded.

    I had Tim provide me with an estimate for tank and tankless water heater. Got the estimate and picked a tankless option only for the company to get mixed up and install the wrong device. After I informed Tim of the mixup, he was gracious enough to offer various options including removing the wrong device and installing the correct one. I didn’t think that was such a great idea. In the end, we reconciled and moved on. Mistakes happen but Tim rose to the occasion and fixed it. I would choose them to install a tankless water heater on my house again.

      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
