They were very professional and friendly. When they were finished they cleaned up very well after themselves. I will hire them again for other projects that come up for my little house.

I was very pleased with the work done by HousePro2. My sister and I share a house and needed to have a grab bar installed in a bathroom, roof maintenance and repair, and demolition of a shed. Juan was prompt in coming out to give us a bid and following through with the work. Both he and his crew were courteous, on time, and the cleaned up all the debris. From start to finish, it was a job well done!

Gutters cleaned, reattached, and serviced. It took a while for them to get to me, but this was after a major weather event where most of the neighborhood had issues. Willing to discuss design flaw in original gutter design and possible later changes to fix that.

I WANTED A NEW DOWNSPOUT INSTALLED AND HE ONLY WANTED TO LIFT AND REFIX THE CENTER OF THE LOND RUN. THERE STILL SEEMS TO BE A MOISTURE PROBLEM NEAR THE WINDOW EVEN AFTER HE SEALED THE WINDOWS. HE AGREED TO CLEAR ALL GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUT COLLECTORS . I STILL HAVE WATER RUNNING OVER THE GUTTERS IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE FROM PLUGGED COLLECTORS? HE VOLUNTEERED TO COME BACK AND INSTALL A NEW LIGHT BULB UP HIGH IF I GAVE HIM A CALL. I CALLED HIM LEFT A MESSAGE AND GOT NO ANSWER OR ACTION. HE SEEMED LIKE HE WANTED TO DO THE MINIMUM COLLECT THE MONEY ANMD RUN>

They are not licensed in the state of Oregon only Washington. Bad communications. Didn't show up on time, sometimes not at all. Did not finish job and I don't want them to now. They sent a man that could not even paint. Call us for more details if you want. In the meantime, my daughter did all the painting, and the kitchen has not even been painted and that was half the job in hours. We bought all the materials. We paid him over half of up front, he wanted the balance before he goes any further. We let him go at this point. He threatened to use a collection agency to get the balance and the job is only half done.

I hired Juan to install a through-wall mail slot and to clean the gutters. At our first meeting, he told me that he had a contract with HGTV to do a series of home repair/remodeling shows, and he offered to submit my name to have my carpeting replaced with laminate (which I had told him I planned to do next year) for free. He and his brother came a few days later to install the mail slot and clean the gutters. He did not bring papers about the HGTV show as he said he would, but said he had given my contact info to the producer. I asked him for references about his flooring work, because the offer of the free work seemed suspicious. They installed the mail slot, and the work is fine. I paid him $450 and asked for a receipt. He said he preferred to e-mail receipts because it was easier for him to keep organized. I didn't realize till it rained again a day or two later that they had done nothing I could identify to the gutters. I haven't check all around while it was raining to be sure, but there was still a "waterfall" in the same place I had pointed out to him. I called - voice mail was full. I e-mailed that I wasn't happy with him not doing the gutters as well as not sending a receipt. He e-mailed he would come on a certain day to do the gutters. He didn't show up. I called, this time was able to leave a V/M (but also e-mailed) and he e-mailed that he would call me. He did not. I have now given up on getting the gutters fixed and of getting a receipt (except my check, which has been cashed), and of course believe the HGTV show to be fictitious. I assume he used it to establish rapport and ensure that clients would keep hiring him in hopes of getting the free work. I would not hire him again.

Very nice service just a little late responder.

He helped me stay within my budget, anything I needed to add, they were very flexible. They had some great suggestions, and I would recommend them to others.
