He did not do anything as agreed. did not return my calls to correct the work. I had to take hime to court. Where he did not show up either. Surprised he had such good reviews that did not reflect at all his quality of work ???

He was honest & straightforward at the bid for an estimate. He did not badmouth the competition, but explained the differences. trustworthy team.

Rick's a nice guy. I couldn't review his recommended products due to conflicting store hours, so on his suggestion I bought them locally at Lowes and he would pick up. He told me the square footage for each room and didn't mention he needed anything else. He called on the installation day to say he wouldn't be there until the next day. In the kitchen he didn't have any shoe molding so that was an extra cost but it needs painted and the edges aren't tapered but blunt cut. In the bathroom the old molding was not replaced and brittle so it was dammaged during installation. I was told the job that the moldings needed to be replaced.

I loved how quickly Rick responded to my phone calls and the great job he and his staff did on my floors! I will definitly using him again to do further work

They gave me an estimate for a very difficult, damaged hardwood floor that another contractor said could not be salvaged. The estimate was not only reasonable, they were on time, completed it in the time they had estimated, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! The floors are gorgeous and I have already recommended them to friends in need of hardwood floor repairs.

Rick did a fantastic job installing hardwood floors in our family room. He was timely, fast and accommodating - and cleaned up after. The price was significantly less than doing it through the "big box" stores. I recommend Houser's 100%. This guy will do it right!!

They did a great job on the floor refinishing. Everyone that has come in to see the it cannot believe that it's the same floor, they say that it looks like I had a new one installed. The company was very careful in protecting the house from the dust from sanding, and also very careful with the floor sanding close to the baseboards. I expect to call them again. I've already had a neighbor request their phone number.

prompt with returning phonecalls. took work seriously and put in the hours needed to do a great job. wished the house had been closed off more to prevent the dust from spreading so much, but that's probably inevitable. overall, happy with the end result!
