The crew was personable and very professional. The office back up was most efficient. They did a beautiful job of resurfacing my decks. It was a pleasure doing business with Housesavers/Deckmasters.

Very professional and polite people. The foreman of the two-man team saved our deck from collapse, after a support had rotted out. The price was exactly as estimated (though somewhat higher than I'd originally hoped), they came within a week, the job was completed in one day, and they tidied up nicely after they had finished.

The bid seemed reasonable. The work was performed beautifully and timely - just over two days. All employees were great. The decks turned out beautiful. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone I know. I will definitely call them again when more deck work is needed.

The estimator quoted one price, but the written contract quoted a higher price. They said they would come back to bring some stain for touch ups and help move the plants back on the deck, but that has not been done yet. They were good overall.

Deck repair

We hired this company to resurface our outside roof decks with an elastomeric membrane in 2009. After recent rains (Dec. 2014), water leaked into an interior room underneath one of the decks due to cracks in the roof deck surfaces. When I contacted the company, the owner indicated they only offer a 1 year warranty on their work. After checking, I learned that this type of resurfacing should last 10 years of more. Buyer beware.
