Eric was recommended by a good friend of mine who used Eric as his handyman. I bought my first rental in Fountain Square and I immediately reached out to Eric to have him fix up my house for me. Eric was communicative, easy going, friendly and very knowledgeable of everything. He was also fair with his pricing and did his best to communicate with me even though I worked nightshift over in another state. Eric gave me a fair estimate and he even went the extra mile to get minor things done for me. He was able to finish the project in a timely manner. This is my first of many rentals and I will be using Eric again for other future projects.
