So no job to small or to large. We are available 24 hours a day, and have crews working on weekends and night to accomdiate you. Incredibly prompt response. Very good communication. Good quality work. Diverse work effort (fixed roof, fixed ceiling, found other leaks and repaired them properly). Be prepared to negotiate to your favor.

The project started a little slow, and there was concern when the first crew left unexpectly. However, the project manager, Tom, was great to work with and brought in another crew immediately to finish. The end product is the house looks great and now we are going to use Houseworks to do some roof repairs.

There was some confusion between the workers and the supervisor. The workers were not sure what the job entailed. When the supervisor arrived, he explained it to them and it went along as planned, but it took awhile for them to get started. I had several jobs I needed done and they were able to complete them all in one day, though it was a long day. The big job was a repair to my deck and I am very pleased with it. It is strongly reinforced and is level. The pricing was very reasonable. I would use this company again!

Service was extremely fast, and Kain, the person who repaired my ceiling, did a very good job, was extremely polite, and explained all the steps he was taking in the repair. I was very, very pleased with his work. I will call Neil of Houseworks of Texas for any additional work I may need in the future.

Houseworks of TX was very responsive and worked very quickly. I was overall impressed. The only small issue was that they failed to properly match the ceiling texture. They ended up correcting the issue, but billed me for the work. Not a big deal, and I do plan to use them on future projects. Even with both bills, they still came in cheaper than 1/2 the other bids I had received. As an investor, it was important to me that they were able to fix all the issues from the roof, to interior paint, to exterior siding, to plumbing, etc.

Initial quote and final quote were $125 apart - I agreed to have 2 extra Simpson clips installed and agreed to a final price between the two quotes. team was on time and finished the project quickly.

If you use Houseworks, I would recommend that you use either Kevin or Doug for you work. I was given a new hire to run the drywall work in my kitchen remodeling project and he did not work out. Housework of Texas fixed the problem and made a satisfied customer out of me.

quick to respond and schedule the job and get it done. Involved replacing woodwork around a door and surrounding baseboards. Did a good job with repair, neat and clean. Thought they were going to finish with paint, but not done.

Houseworks hired another contractor to complete the work and then the project manager simply left town and we never saw him again. The replacement contractor completed all work and did an excellent job. There was a major money dispute between the two and we had to pay extra to get the work completed and proceed with our plans. Houseworks seems to be unaware of common business practices and was shocked at our request for a release of lien. I would not hire them again.

The workers were decent people but their some actions were negative. 1) They would carry out all the left over material without consultation. 2) Communication was poor - the handyman acted without re consulting us when the project details were changed and we ended up spending extra money to buy again the item that was essential to complete the project but was destroyed by the handyman for their own use.
