They installed our sprinkler system according to their bid. The work was finished in a timely manner. They returned to make adjustments when we notified them of some minor problems.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I was initially pleased with the work done by Mac at Houston Grass. I would have still recommended them after three of the trees died because they had a guarantee on the trees and promised to replace them . However, after being told back in November that they would replace the trees it has still not been done. Now, 5 months later I can not even get MAc or Michelle to return a call. DO NOT USE THEM...I don't know if they are having money issues or just no integrity but they have yet to make good on their guarantee and replace my trees or return my phone calls.

"She did have some issues with the trees but there were also watering issues according to where the customer wanted her irrigation to reach it did not cover the plants and Mac told her this would be an issue. She did not agree with this after the work was done, she asked for a refund of the tree price and to make a happy customer we refunded her the price of trees. There is a certain process we have to go through beofre removing a dead tree lots of factors come in to play especially the weather and people do not always consider newly planted trees and shrubs need lots of water initially. We never had any problems returning phone calls."
