In order to repair the door handle the entire door needed to be replaced. I opt to buying another microwave.

Oven or Stovetop Repair or Service
I do not recommend Houston Village Appliance Repair. We hired them to replace the oven door glass at one of our rental properties. Before scheduling we sent them pictures of the oven door and got quoted so we sent half payment upfront 2 weeks prior for them to order the part. When the technician arrived on 04/01, he informed us they had ordered the wrong part. Mistakes happen and we understand that. He told us they would either refund us or update us once the manufacturer had the correct part back in stock. We decided we no longer wanted to move forward and requested a refund. It has now been over a month and we still have not received our refund. Now they are ignoring our calls and text messages. This is supposedly a family owned company but unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional. If you do not want to risk losing your money for a mistake THEY could possibly make don?t go with them.

Yes, I appreciate the workers being able to pick up the appliances from one location and delivering installing the appliances at another location. After the installation they made sure the appliances were working properly before leaving. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a broke clothe dryer. Frank came out and did the repair. Very professional/friendly/kind/honest. He fixed our dryer, very reasonable price. As he was saying bye he said any other appliance problems to call. So I told him the problem with my refrigerator and he fixed the frig. I HIGHLY recommend this guy.

Excellent service all around from Vanesa and Frank. Vanesa was very quick to respond to my original request and questions. It was also easy to get on the schedule for my GE electric cooktop w/downdraft replacement. Frank arrived for the replacement on time and was quick and efficient. He definitely has a lot of experience and comfort with installing appliances, and it showed in how fast he got started and completed the replacement.
