I had a problem with my refrigerator making a loud banging noise. Lennie Houston was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He was very professional and was able to explain the problem in a way that was easy to understand.

Pro trouble shot problem on a Kenmore electric dryer ,obtained part ,installed ,dryer working well. He also did a good job connecting the vent. I would hire this Pro again

After talking with Mr. Houston he asked me to email him the model & serial number of my appliance to see if he has product in stock. Upon arrival, he was very friendly. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this business .

The pro replaced the top element in my GE electric range. he had to replace a part in the back of the stove that had burned out before he could put in the new heating element. He was able to do the job in a timely manner. He was a friendly person. He did the job today, and so far the element is heating up and the broiler is working.

We are so grateful to Houston appliances for the repair our leaking freezer. Mr Houston immediately diagnosed the problem, advised us of the process required to remedy the malfunction. He came over to install. Puttered around four 6 hours. However, he was unable to install. As a result of his limited ability on this day, he frayed the connector to the water pump. It appears he tried to fix this by gluing it back together(see photos). This is a brand new dishwasher and the connector from the dishwasher, that allows the tubes to connect to the water pump were frayed. Was not complete. We need the them to either pay to replace the part and have installed at another provider install or replace the dishwasher because they broke it.

It was a Sunday and he came and stayed until it was fixed. He explained everything he was doing and got it fixed.

Very disappointed. From the start, there were misreprentations made to us regarding his arrival time for the initial appointment, and instead of an hour, he was there for over 2 hours during the initial service time visit. We are frustrated and annoyed that our appliance was not repaired and the tech caused further damage when he disassembled, then reassembled it with at least 4 screws not returned to their original positions. We were told we needed a part but later learned we could have received the part sooner but he had not shared other options. Overall, this incident caused major inconvenience and delays during the holidays and the entire experience was unacceptable. After we made repeated attempts toward resolution, and he stopped responding, we demanded a refund of our initial $85 payment. We fully intend to pursue reimbursement for the damage that he caused to our appliance.
