Garage Door Repair
Initial problem our garage door both side cables run outside rollers. The garage door close down half way and was go back to open the door. We found on the Angie's list Houston Garage Solution LLC, Hope Wagner he and his wife came over worked together, they took garage door down and re-roller the cables on the both side rollers. After fixing garage door doesn't open and close smoothly, very noisy and not smooth at all. He gave us 30 days warranty (July 3rd). We asked him to fix, . He said our door machine power not strong enough, we use many years the machine works fine. He initially agreed to a full refund $280. After 30 minutes, he called back, he won't return the money. This job is not solution. We do not accept this kind of service. July 18, 2026

"You called us out because your 40 year old door wasnt operating whatsoever. Door was completely stuck. We gave you a fair price to secure/rebalance the door. You both complained about pricing with us from the very beginning but eventually agreed to a discounted price. Now 2 weeks later, you call claiming that the door was operating smoother before and wanting a refund. Your system is old and worn out. Long overdue for replacement. Door still operates and my work is the reason why. No refund."

This company was professional from 1st call until new garage door opener was installed. Devon came out quickly and addressed the issue and installed the new equipment at a very reasonable cost. I'd recommend Houston Garage Door Solutions for Solutions to anyone. Fair, honest, and reasonably priced professional service.

First, you will not be able to beat the price with this company. Second, they are very flexible in getting all work completed on my schedule. I had them out 3 times so I could spread the work in accordance with my paychecks. They communicated regularly, arrived on time routinely, did wonderful work, and cleaned up after their work with no work on my part. I highly recommend this company!
