Houston HVAC Express Service. My condenser fan motor went bad, and as a result, my indoor unit was blowing hot air, which was quite uncomfortable. Excellent service - showed up on time - performed work as promised

Joseph came out to replace an existing thermostat with a new ecobee smart thermostat. I laid out all the told him the issue of no power to the thermostat and he got to work. Thermostat got power but then stopped working after he left. Asked him to come back and take a look again and he said it was going to be another charge for a job that he did not successfully solve in the first place. Argued that he did the job, but the job was to simply get the thermostat working. He actually told me to call abacus or John Moore. He?s clearly not a professional and will actually refer you to one since he cannot do the job.

Joe is amazing. My thermastat needed to be replaced and it was close to 100 degrees here. He came right away even though it was after 6 pm. He then discovered that the overflow pan in the attic was filling up and the line was clogged and needed a pea trap. He came back the next day and ficed everything.
