Houston Pro Masonry

This company came do the work, at first it looked like they did great but after a few weeks the work they did failed. Contacted them back for warranty and they told me they would fix it within 7days, then the owner ghosted us and never came. I filed a compliant with the BBB and soon with the Texas Attorney General consumer protection. Donâ t fall for this, go somewhere else. Even the reviews in this page seem fake.

They were professional in every way.

Great results, crew was fast and Miguel was very helpful. Removed cracked bricks and replaced them, matched brick color very closely. Neighbor commented that it wasn't noticeable that work had been done. I recommended Houston Pro Masonry to a coworker who is needing some work done as well.

They made a brick mail box for my home and THEY NEVER FINISHED THE JOB! IT HAS BEEN MONTHS! THEY STARTED THE JOB, AND FORGOT TO ADD A FLAG ON OUR MAIL BOX. I contacted them requesting that they add a flag on our brick and mortar mail box, but they haven t done it, it has been months since my first request. We started asking them to fix it in early March, they have promised someone would come by multiple times and they never finished the work! The mailbox is okay, but it kind of leans back in weird way. Really annoying for them to keep promising to finish the work and it has been months!!!

They were prompt, professional, skilled, in and out quickly.

The people I dealt with at Houston Pro Masonry were all professional. Their quote was very competitive and the quality of their work was very good. I would definitely consider hiring them again for my brick and stone working needs.

My exterior brick wall had a good sz crack from the foundation to the roof line. I had damaged bricks and missing cement between the bricks, yeah that bad. I called and liked the price they quoted and the final work was fantastic. All the damaged bricks replaced, wall anchored to the wall beams, and new cement finished the job perfectly. You couldn't find were the damaged was if you tried. I'm thrilled.

They did an EXCELLENT job! From the estimation to the finish was professional and well done. Would highly recommend.

Amazing how they matched the brick from the 1950s.

Miguel was very responsive and knowledgeable of what needed to be done for the brick repair. The crew did fantastic work on fixing cracks and filling in holes. They matched the coloring perfectly and we can t tell where the cracks where. They were thorough about checking around the house. I would hire them again!
