Called at 5PM spoke to owner Humperto Vargas. Explained situation. Said he would send repair tech ASAP. Tech arrived 7PM. Tech Joshua did complete repair in one hour. Very polite and extremely knowledgable of his trade. Price was extremely reasonable. Called owner back and told him of my appreciation for a job well done and that he had my business for life and gave his name etc. to my family and friends.

Installed garage door and opener on Aug 29, 2025 with a 5-year warranty. Missing hardware and exterior handle were never installed despite promises. Company stopped responding to calls and messages. Opener rail is not secured to the wall. Very disappointing experience.

2 other places I called told me they could not fix my bent frame and said they would have to replace the door. Not so easy when you are in an HOA controlled subdivision and have to replace it with the same door that the builder installed Turns out the manufacture of my door is one no one I called out wanted to deal with. . Submitted my homeadvisor request late Friday and Huberto called me right away. Edward came out next day and while noted that he could likely get a hold of a replacement door, he felt he could repair the frame and save me the cost and hassle of doing that. He worked his magic and fixed the door at a fraction of what it would have cost me. Well done guys.

Highly Highly recommend Humberto and Alex to do your garage work. I was very impressed with there work. I got a complete new door system with a garage door opener installed 2 hours. I couldn't be more happier.

Houston Pros Garage Door Service was very responsive and accommodating. The failure occurred on a Sunday and Houston Pros Garage Door Service responded promptly on a Sunday evening and was able to fix it even though I was not able to be present and accepted credit card payment.
